Fort Saint-Jean lower entrance: 201 quai du Port (10 min walk from the Vieux Port metro station)

Germaine Tillion auditorium entrance after the exhibition rooms have closed: outside access to J4

From Marseille Provence Airport: shuttle bus between the airport and Marseille St Charles train station
Shuttles leave every 15 minutes from the MP1 between Halls 3-4 and 1.
Mobi Métropole offers a door-to-door transport service for people with disabilities, throughout the Marseille Provence area.

ACCESS FOR VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES OR REDUCED MOBILITY
The three MuCEM entrances are accessible to wheelchair users. However, at the Panier entrance, after the Saint Laurent footbridge, access to the fort will require someone to help for a dozen metres. You can enlist the help of a member of staff at the site entrance.
The museum's reception areas and ticket desks are accessible to people in wheelchairs and people wearing induction loops.
People with disabilities have priority access with no queuing for the reception desk and security checks.
